Active have designed and produced a combined Liability product which contains all the major covers that our Clients needs in one policy document.

Using our experience and knowledge of the Sport and Leisure sectors we apply specific endorsements and clauses according to our Clients' trade and practices.

The covers are:

Employers' Liability

This covers our Clients' legal liability as Employers of salaried staff, labour only subcontractors and even unpaid volunteers whilst undertaking their duties in connection with the Clients' business. We offer standard Indemnity Limits with an inner limit for Terrorism on all our United Kingdom domiciled risks.

Public Liability

This indemnifies our Clients for their legal liability to third parties whether they are participants, spectators, visitors or even just passers by. Many of our Clients provide food and drink to their customers from snacks through to full catering facilities and so liability from this service forms part of out standard covers.

We can offer a wide range of indemnity limits from GBP1,000,000 (or currency equivalent) upwards depending on our Clients needs and requirements.

Products Liability

This indemnifies our Clients for their legal liability to third party consumers of the products and services provided by their business. The products provided by our Clients vary tremendously from simple souvenirs such as badges and key rings through to the retail of leisure clothing and sports equipment.  We can offer various indemnity limits from the GBP1,000,000 (or currency equivalent) upwards.
